- Have you been to AIYF? If so when and who with?
- We performed at the 2008 AIYF. Our first performance was at the Aberdeen Music Hall, along with Joel Sebunjo, the Homestead Choir, Fuse[d], Tamana Pioneers Steel Orchestra... we also performed with Ceol Mor in Fraserburgh. We performed at the Lemon Tree and around Aberdeen (Festival in the City), and we had an almost surreal performing experience at an extremely formal dinner at the Trades Hall.
- What six words would you use to describe AIYF?
- young, friendly, collaborative, international, colourful
- What's your favourite thing about AIYF?
- Meeting all the different performers from around the world. We also felt that the Aberdeen Music Hall show was very well produced, very professional. It was cool having your very own "personal assistant", and also made a lot of sense given that we were busy just about all the time...!
