Kutapira at Surrey Winter Fest (2008)
Kutapira came to the Festival in 2007. The song has a direct connection with the Aberdeen Festival as the melodic line is adapted from Gary Straker's Pan Band repertoire, (also at AIYF 2007) with a samba percussion break added. Kutapira are now a professional quintet and doing well.
